Actress Isla Fisher has revealed that converting to Judaism came naturally to her when she married comedian Sacha Baron Cohen.
The Australian-born star, best known for such movies as The Wedding Crashers and Confessions Of A Shopaholic, converted in 2007 and married Baron Cohen - with whom she has two daughters, Olive, four and Elula, two - in 2010.
And in a recent interview with Women's Health magazine she admits that her new lifestyle suits her down to the ground.
"It takes a couple of years of studying," the 36-year-old said. "I've always been really into family and food, so culturally it was the right fit for me."
Fisher, who reportedly now keeps Shabbat and has adopted the hebrew name Ayala, (meaning doe), previously said she would convert to Judaism and have a Jewish wedding in order to be with the Borat funnyman.
"I would do anything, move into any religion, to be united in marriage with him," she explained. "We have a future together, and religion comes second to love as far as we are concerned."
